MENU QUESTIONS:

Do you have keto and sugar-free options? 

Yes! All of our signature menu beverages can be made keto or sugar-free with the exception of our Chai Latte. If you are wondering if a specific, off-the-menu beverage can be made keto or sugar-free, just ask a barista! 

What fruit flavors are available sugar-free?

The sugar-free fruit flavors available are Red Raspberry, Strawberry, Coconut and Peach. We also carry sugar-free Red Bull so you can enjoy your favorite energy drink without any of the sugar!

Do you carry non-dairy milk alternatives?

Yes! Choose between soy, almond, coconut or oat milk!

Where can I find a complete nutritional breakdown about a specific drink?

Please email onthegrindnb@gmail.com and ask for your specific beverage’s nutritional information. Please make sure you include the specific drink's name, the size, and whether it is hot, iced or blended. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the caloric and nutritional information you are inquiring about.

Our customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. I never received a receipt, how can I get one?

If you did not receive a receipt from a recent visit, please contact us by email at onthegrindnb@gmail.com, leave us a voicemail, or direct message one of our social media accounts with the following information:

4. Location visited:
5. Date & time visited:
6. Estimated total of visit (don’t worry, if you don’t know this):

We will locate your receipt and get it you as soon as possible.

How can I find out my order total from a recent visit?

MOBILE PAYMENT & GIFT CARD QUESTIONS:

Do you accept Apple and Samsung Pay?

Yes! All of our locations accept Apple and Samsung Pay!

Where can I purchase gift cards?

You can purchase gift cards right here on our website under the "Catalog" tab and have it mailed to your preferred address, or you can purchase one in person at any of our locations! Digital gift cards are not available at this time.

I'm interested in working at On The Grind, how can I apply?

We are always looking to grow our team! If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume to the email resumes@otgcoffee.com or drop off your resume in person at any of our locations. It is helpful to include your availability, and the preferred On The Grind location/region you wish to work at prior to submitting.

How old do you have to be to work at On The Grind?

Our employee age minimum is 16-years-old.

Does On The Grind ever contribute donations, sponsor, or get involved with the community?

We love contributing to the community, and have many times in the past!
